Our advisor will get in touch with you within 48 hours, in order for you to find out more about us and to answer all of your questions. Once you have contacted us, we will send further non-binding information material with a cost estimate to you by post as well.
After the initial discussion with your advisor, you will be asked to send your medical records to us by either email, fax (at +421 33 77 18 108) or by post (you can find our address under “Contact”). The medical reports should not be older than 6 months.
By examining the medical records, our chief physician determines whether and to what extent we can help your family member. The doctor examines the diagnosis, anamnesis, current health condition, forecast for progress, and any potential contraindications. All your information is handled in a strictly confidential manner.
Once the medical data is checked by the chief neurologist at the ADELI Center, our advisors will contact you again. During this discussion you can:
- get more information about the chances of success
- clarify other issues and ask questions
- make an appointment for rehabilitation
After clarifying all the issues required for the admission and learning that a place is available for you on the desired date, you can apply for the treatment online or send the completed paper admission forms to us either by email, fax or post.
(Adobe Reader can be downloaded here).
After receiving your application documents, a confirmation will be sent to you immediately, which guarantees the desired date.
Due to the fact that the rehabilitation programme is structured to be very intensive as well as highly customised, there are only a few contraindications for our rehabilitation:
- No severe forms of epilepsy (to be precise: severe seizures occurring more than 3 times a month, in spite of taking the prescribed medicines)
In cases of severe mental retardation, serious spinal cord or arthropathy, behavioural abnormalities and emotional instability, schizophrenia, hypertension (blood pressure) and heart defects, the decision to admit will be taken very carefully and by considering the degree of manifestation.
